The current financial and business-support landscape is changing daily, with new advice and schemes being released more quickly than some may be able to keep up with! It’s more important than ever that business owners and entrepreneurs are making informed decisions within our businesses, ensuring we know all the facts from the information available to us as well as sharing ideas. Not only to understand our own changing landscape but also understanding how our customer’s profiles might look like now and in the future.
With this in mind, I’m grateful that here at X-Forces Enterprise, and with some of our partners, we are extending the training services offered within the military community to a brand-new Business Continuity programme.
The programme is designed to support the armed forces business community to explore decisions by facilitating debate and providing business tools to help navigate the current complexities of doing business in these uncertain times.
To do this the facilitated group will explore three topics; Cash, Customers and Capabilities. The Three C’s.
- Managing your cash; both in and out of the business, both short-term and long-term
- Understanding the changes in your customer base; their behaviour, the size and the new market assumptions you perhaps need to make
- Recognising the capabilities you’ve got and the capabilities that will be essential to sustainability and survival.
These unique masterclasses will be facilitated by Martin Wing, Chairman of X-Forces Enterprise. Martin has over 35 years business experience working with various small and medium sized businesses as either owner, director, employee, consultant or independent advisor.
This programme has been established through the need and expression of interest from our X-Forces Enterprise Beneficiaries and is free to attend, however places are limited on each programme so please do contact the team at the earliest opportunity for availability.
