We are very proud to announce that #XFsuccess children’s cutlery business Doddl, run by former RAF Intelligence Officer Rosie Phelps-Goggin, her sister Catherine Dodd & Director Laura Thomas are ending the year on high after winning 3 awards this year!
Doddl were proudly awarded Family Business of the Year 2018’ and the ‘Start Up Loans Company Inspiring Entrepreneur of the Year 2018’ awards at the Startup Awards last month. Our Chairman Martin as delighted to collect these awards on Rosie’s behalf.
This coupled with their ‘Business of the Year 2018’ award at the Soldiering On Awards means Doddl have had an outstanding year! A huge congratulations to Doddl on this fantastic achievement! The good news continues into the new year for Doddl as they have also just won ‘highly respected’ in the Mother & Baby Awards 2019 & Silver award for best weaning feeding product.
As Rosie said: ‘We launched Doddl cutlery in March 2016 and we have seen steady and consistent growth over the last two years, culminating in winning three business awards and a highly respected industry award this year alone. It is fantastic to receive awards as recognition for all our hard work, but most of all we take great satisfaction receiving heart-warming messages and reviews from our happy customers.’
Doddl are a fantastic example of how, with a good product, keen business acumen and a strong team, a business a go from strength to strength within a relatively short period of time. Despite only launching in 2016, Doddl are already becoming an international brand and will soon be selling in Macy’s, Nordstrom and Walmart in the USA to name a few. They are also growing their product range and will be launching a new product in 2019.
Furthermore, this is not the only reason why congratulations are in order…good things definitely come in 3s as Rosie is also expecting triplets! Congratulations to Rosie and her family and we look forward to more great things to come from Doddl in 2019! #XFEfamily.
