Ren Kapur featured in HELLO magazine feature on inspirational women

Ren Kapur, Founder and CEO of X-Forces Enterprise has been featured in HELLO magazine  as part of a special feature on inspirational women.

The video, as part of the Swarovski ‘Year of Love’ campaign features Ren alongside XFE beneficiary and Ren’s mentee Tommy Lowther of Sporting Force. During the video, Tommy explains how the support he has received from Ren and X-Forces Enterprise have had a profound and life-changing impact upon him. He emphasises the importance of how the handrail support he received from X-Forces Enterprise, in collaboration with other military organisations like Help for Heroes have been similar to the ‘buddy buddy’ system in the military, helping veterans to grow and prosper through the support of other veterans.

‘Sense of purpose, loving oneself and what you do is going to be what makes the difference’.

Ren shares her passion for X-Forces and helping the Armed Forces community into business startup and how one of the greatest impacts of the XFE community for her has been seeing the XFE businesses she has helped set up, going on to support more people themselves.

‘People like Tommy are helping others as well. We call it the virtuous circle of success’.
