London July 2018. Ren Kapur MBE, CEO and Founder of X-Forces Enterprise (XFE), has been appointed Visiting Fellow at the Lord Ashcroft International Business School at Anglia Ruskin University in the UK.
This fellowship reflects the close relationships being forged by X-Forces Enterprise (XFE) to support the military community into enterprise and/or employment within the wider communities. Ren, who has made it her mission to build and combine strategies that allow communities to grow and proposer, sees this as a natural extension to the strategic initiatives and outreach programmes already in place with various non-military organisations, Non Government Organisations (NGOs), the Government and the UK industries. It also clearly demonstrates the great support it is attracting from various big businesses and leading employers.
The fellowship appointment is effective as of May 1st, 2018. As part of the fellowship, I will help to shape the academic agenda to cover topics that are central to military and education at graduate and post graduate level. She will also deliver keynote speeches to students during the academic year.
“I am delighted and honoured to be appointed as a Visiting Fellow to the Lord Ashcroft International Business School. This appointment places us in a unique position to continue making a positive contribution towards supporting the Armed Forces community into enterprise and/or employment. It is also aligned to causes that are very close to my heart, and I am very much looking forward to working closely with the Lord Ashcroft International Business School to further develop such programmes. ”
